If you have the idea that the typical real estate experience consists of stress, chaos, and hasty decisions, then you haven’t met Mindy Yates, an agent whose patience and understanding are her natural guiding light. Her personal experiences have made her empathetic to clients: She has known the excitement of becoming a homeowner, the trials of selling a home, and the distress of losing one.
Mindy has always worked in the customer service field. She began in this industry by assisting a builder at a country club for a year before transferring into resale. She obtained her real estate license in 2002 and has since been providing world-class service to her clients built on a foundation of ethics, honesty, and compassion.
Although she assists both buyers and sellers, the majority of Mindy’s clients are first-timers seeking down payment assistance. She helps them make the decisions that work best for their needs and goals and ensures that they’re comfortable with the entire process by educating them on it first. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help these—and all—clients accomplish their real estate goals as well as establish the lasting friendships she’s formed over the years.
Originally from Fallbrook, California, Mindy has lived in Temecula since 2005. As the mother of two young boys, she loves the city’s stellar school district, and volunteer teaches an art class at one of her son’s schools. She also loves any outdoor physical activity as well as yoga and nutritionism.
